1, Lunges

This exercise is to challenge your balance by some basic poses.

It is useful to create good habits to promote functional movements and increase power and strength in legs. It’s good for other exercise because all poses require you to get balance some body parts.

There are 4 steps to take actions:

Step 1: you stand and adjust your body so that feet is wide as shoulder and two arms put along your sides.

Step 2: You take a step by the right leg then bend the right knee until your thing is parallel to the ground. Don’t put your right knee is over length of the right foot.

Step 3: You push your right foot then come back the starting point.

Step 4: Immediately you repeat with the left leg.

2, Pushups

Pushup is one of the simplest exercises but it is useful to improve muscles stronger, so people should practice it every day.

Normally, you should do pushups about 20 times. You can absorb calories well.

There are 4 steps to take actions:

Step 1: Prepare all parts: core should be tight while shoulders pull down and back. The fact, it looks as plank starting.

Step 2: You bend elbows and lower the whole body down to the floor until your chest touch to it. You should elbows are close to your body during practice.

Steps 3: Return the starting position. Then repeat 3 sets.
