YOGA ASANAS TO LOSE BELLY FAT

Tadasana
Tadasana is also known as mountain pose used for warming up which helps improve blood circulation and prepare the body for other poses. To do the pose, stand with your feet slightly spread out, your hands stretch to the front and palms closer to each other while inhale and stretch your spin. Then, slowly raise your folded up above your head and stretch as much as possible while lifting your ankles, eyes stare at the ceiling, breathe in and out.
Hold this pose for 20-30 seconds while inhale and exhale slowly. Repeat at least 10 times.
Caution: Should you have low blood pressure, insomnia and headache, you’d better avoid this pose.

Paschimottanasana
This pose also known as seated forward bend or tummy toning pos which offers an admirable level of stretch to the hamstring, thighs, hips and helps stimulate the centre of the solar plexus and reduce digestive disorders. To do this pose, sit on the floor with your legs in front, your spine erect, then slowly inhale and stretch your hands above your head. From that point, slowly come forward and try to touch your toes with your hands and stretch your hamstrings. Breathe in, hold your tummy in and try to retain the position for 60-90 seconds. Repeat these 10 times.
Caution: Should you have slip disc disorders, abdominal surgery, asthma and diarrhoea, you should avoid this pose.
